- DM Registration Status — Is the contractor registered on the unified Dubai Municipality Contractor Registry via the Invest in Dubai platform?
- Classification Tier — What category is the contractor classified under? Does it match the scope of your project?
- Compliance Score — A 0–100 score based on registration, licensing, staff PCC coverage, subcontractor approvals, and document retention.
- Staff PCC Coverage — What percentage of the contractor's technical staff hold valid Professional Competency Certificates issued by Dubai Municipality?
- Subcontractor Approval Rate — Have the contractor's subcontractors received prior written approval from the DM Director General as required by Law No. 7?
