What's Included in Every Plan

Every ContractorPass subscription — Starter through Corporate — includes the same core compliance infrastructure. The differences between plans are limits (how many staff members, subcontractors, projects, and gigabytes of document storage) and advanced features like bulk import and priority support. The compliance work itself is built into every plan from day one.

  • Compliance Score Dashboard — the live 0–100 score across 6 weighted categories: Trade Licence, DM Registration, Staff & PCCs, Subcontractors, Documents, Activity.
  • Document Vault with 10-Year Article 15.17 Retention — every upload auto-tags a RetentionUntil date of upload + 10 years. Built for Law No. 7's record-retention rule.
  • Action Required Dashboard — Monday-morning view of every compliance gap, ranked by urgency.
  • Email Notifications and Monthly Digest — every alert in your inbox, plus a monthly summary of score changes, completed actions, and upcoming expiries.
  • Full Audit Trail — every upload, download, rename, tag change, and deletion logged with the user identity and timestamp.
  • 14-Day Free Trial — card on file, no charge until day 15, cancel in one click.
  • UAE-North Hosting — Microsoft Azure UAE North region. 256-bit encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit.
  • Two-Factor Authentication — optional per-user 2FA via email.

How ContractorPass Pricing Compares to the Alternative

Most Dubai contractors evaluating compliance tooling are already using something. Two common starting points: general construction project management software (often selected for project workflow — drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders) and DIY Microsoft 365 + SharePoint setups built around team folders and spreadsheets.

Both work for the problem they were built for. General PM software handles the active project; DIY folders handle small teams who can keep everything in one head. Neither was built around Dubai Law No. 7's contractor-level data model — Article 15.12 subcontractor accountability, Article 15.17 ten-year retention, Article 22 penalty exposure tracking, classification continuity under Article 14. Those are different requirements, not features bolted on top of project management workflow.

ContractorPass is purpose-built for that requirement set. The AED 99–299 launch-offer pricing reflects a single-product focus: every plan provides the same compliance system of record; higher tiers add capacity (more staff, more subcontractors, more storage, more WhatsApp alerts) rather than unlocking entirely separate feature trees. A contractor who needs project management software AND Law No. 7 compliance software will likely use both. A contractor who only needs Law No. 7 compliance software pays once for what they actually need.

Frequently Asked Pricing Questions

How much does ContractorPass cost?

ContractorPass offers four plans for Dubai contractors. At launch-offer pricing, Starter is AED 99 per month for up to 10 staff and 5 subcontractors. Professional is AED 199 per month for up to 50 staff and 25 subcontractors. Enterprise is AED 299 per month for up to 100 staff and 50 subcontractors. Corporate plans for unlimited usage are custom-priced — contact sales.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You enter card details upfront to skip friction at conversion, but you are not charged until day 15. You can cancel the trial in one click from inside the app, before day 15, with no charge.

What payment methods does ContractorPass accept?

ContractorPass uses Stripe for payment processing. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Subscriptions are billed monthly by default. Failed payments are retried automatically; if a card stays declined, the account drops to past-due rather than being deleted, so customer data is preserved.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Customers can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel plans from inside the app at any time. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Self-service plan management means no support tickets or email back-and-forth.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

All listed prices exclude VAT. UAE VAT applies at the prevailing rate at checkout. Customers receive standard tax invoices through Stripe for accounting and reclaim purposes.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Customer data remains accessible during any past-due period. On full cancellation, customers can export their data before the account closes. Document Vault uploads inherit a 10-year retention date per Law No. 7 of 2025 Article 15.17; the retention rule is part of the law, separate from the subscription status.
